MPI2-10 Power-on and Power-off Procedures

Note:

The MPI Power/Standby button turns red during the power-on sequence and 

turns white and then turns off in normal operation. 

 

MPI2-10 Power-off Procedure

1.

Press the Power/Standby button on the instrument front panel to turn the 

instrument off.

Caution: To prevent data loss, we strongly recommend you first shut down the 

instrument before disconnecting the power cord. 

2.

To completely remove power from the instrument, disconnect the power cord from 

the instrument. The power cord has a locking mechanism to keep it attached to the 

instrument. Push the button on the cord housing to release the locking 

mechanism. (See
