This trace option provides output for communication with the mail server that occurs when status information or
files are sent.
To activate this option, activate the section
in the GATE Manager. You can choose the depth of the trace
output:
Error
is limited to error messages;
Debug
provides information;
Detail
provides the entire packet.
Output is defined with a

, and the port number is 99.
