Connecting to a telephone
switchboard
This product is intended for use in
France for connection to the public
telephone network and compatible
switchboards, in tone or switched mode.
If in doubt, consult your service provider.
Inserting a pause
With some switchboards, after dialing
the access code, you may have to wait
several seconds before the switchboard
takes an outside line. A pause needs to
be defined in the dialing sequence.
Press and hold
until the display shows
" P " to insert a pause before entering
the telephone number.
You may also need to define a pause
when storing international numbers or
card numbers.
Callback
You may need to use the callback
function if you are connected to a
switchboard / PABX. Contact your PABX
provider for more information.
