Use your telephone
Activating/deactivating the
handset
1. Press and hold
until the handset
is turned off.
2. Press again and hold
until the
handset is activated.
Calling
In direct dialing
1. Press
.
2. Wait for the dial tone and then dial the
number.
In pre-dialing
1. Then dial the number. In case of error,
press
Delete
.
2. Press
: the number is dialed.
Ending a call
1. Press
.
Once the handset is replaced, the call
duration is displayed for 5 seconds.
If automatic hang-up is activated, the call is
terminated when the handset is returned to
its base.
Internal calls / internal call
Calling another handset
If you have more than one handset
registered to the database, you can
make internal calls between two
handsets.
1. Press the
int
button (bottom right of
keypad) followed by the number of the
handset number (1 to 5) that you wish
to call.
2. Press
OK
to dial.
Note
When receiving an internal call, the
display shows Internal call handset X
(where X is the calling handset number).
Transfering a call
You can transfer an external call to
another handset registered on the base.
During the call:
1. Press the
int
button (bottom right of
keypad) followed by the number of the
handset number (1 to 5) that you wish
to call.
2. Press
OK
to dial or press
End
pour to
cancel the call request and return to
the caller.
3. When the other handset answers, you
can announce the caller.
4. Press
to end the transfer or press
int
to switch between the two callers.
3-way conference
You can hold a 3-way conference call,
between two internal callers and one
external.
During your call to an external caller:
1. Press the
int
button (bottom right of
keypad) followed by the number of the
handset number (1 to 5) that you wish
to call.
2. Press
OK
to dial.
3. When the other handset answers, you
can announce the caller.
