Set up a clean work area. Cover the work
surface with a paper towel to absorb any
spilled oil.
Stand the thruster up in a Kort nozzle.
Remove the oil compensation tube from
the two clips holding the tube in place.
Remove the seal screw from the oil com-
pensation bladder. Once the screw has
been removed, you will have to keep the
oil compensation bladder open end
pointed up. Securing it to a vertical sur-
face will ease accomplishment of this
task.
Fill the supplied syringe (SS081 with
SS176 needle taper tip Installed) with
approximately 5cc of mineral oil
(LU003). Then insert the oil filled sy-
ringe into the end of the bladder.
Inject the oil into the oil compensation
bladder until the oil is even with the top
of the radius of the compensation blad-
der.
It may be necessary to slightly twist
the bladder to remove any set taken by
the oil compensation bladder.
Install the seal screw; only inserting 2-3
threads into the plastic end.
