Selecting Throttle and Steering Control Models
The transmitter has three different control models used to operate the Q/Z-1250, as follows:

It is up to the user to determine which of the control models is most suitable. Model 1 or 2 is preferable for
beginners to gain experience handling the boat and is most often used. For experienced users, model 3
may be preferred, and is useful in low velocity conditions. Throttle control for all models uses for-
ward/backward stick motion, and steering control for models 1 & 2 uses left/right stick motion. Steering
control for model 3 is obtained by differential throttle positions on the left and right sticks.
The model is selected by pressing on the LCD display. The factory setting is model 1. To change this to any
of the other models, follow the instructions below:
