Click on the peak that is to be monitored for the alignment. This will display the data
cursor which can be positioned at the top of the peak. Since the data cursor spans the
ROIs (graphs,) the data cursor can be used as a vertical reference.

Slowly rotate the camera until the peaks align in all of the ROIs.
Alternatively, acquire an image, display the large data cursor, and compare the vertical
bar to the line shape on the screen. Rotate the detector until the line shape on the screen
is parallel with the vertical bar.

After completing the rotational alignment, click the
Stop
button.
14.
Tighten the four (4) mounting plate screws.
15.
Use a 9/64” hex wrench to remove the cover from the Micrometer Compartment on the
IsoPlane.
16.
Use a 3/32” hex wrench to loosen the micrometer locking set screw located in the
micrometer compartment. See
