To use this feature, two cables are required (Figure 2-26). You
will need the 68-2004-584 2105 to sampler connect cable, which
connects to the flow meter port of the sampler, and the
60-5314-855 SPA cable that connects the “Y” connect of the
68-2004-584 to the computer connect port of the sampler.

A terminal emulation program, such as HyperTerminal, is also
required. In our examples that follow, the configuration screen
shots are from HyperTerminal, but the process and command
lines would be similar for any terminal emulation program.
Open a HyperTerminal session, enter a “Name” and click “OK”
(Figure 2-27). The next screen will prompt the selection of the
communication port. Select a modem and click “OK”.
