How to uninstall the software?
▸
By deleting the program from the AutoRun
folder. The software does not require
additional system entries.
The video feed jitters or “Interference” appears
instead of the video feed.
▸
Behnke's IP video software establishes an
HTTP connection to the IP video camera to
then stream the video. Modern malware
protection programs monitor network data
streaming. This may result in interference
with Behnke's IP video software. In case the
problem does not persist after the malware
protection software has been disabled,
please contact your malware software
provider. As the necessary settings for
monitoring the network data stream differ
for each malware protection software, only
the malware software provider can give
competent advice on the necessary settings
for the malware protection software in
question.
The software does not find an IP video camera
▸
Make sure that the IP video camera and the IP
telephone share the same IP network the work
station running Behnke's IP video software is
connected to.
▸
Check the firewall settings on the work
station. Here you also need to check for
additional firewalls, e.g. included in an
“Internet Security Suite” that are run next
to the Windows firewall. The following ports
need to be enabled:
•
Port 80 TCP, outgoing
(HTTP, Web, usually enabled)
•
Port 4000 UDP, incoming and outgoing.
