3.2. User configuration
You will find a complete explanation for the
header “Common Setup” on page 34, here
we will show you additional functions and their
configuration of your video server.
Click on the video server in the list shown on the
left to select a video server for configuration.
In case this video server has previously been
configured, you may delete this configuration by
clicking the button
“Delete Configuration”
.
Here you get to decide if the video server should
be password-protected against unauthorised
access or not. The video server distinguishes
two different types of users:

Administrators may change configurations
and get to watch the video feed.
▸
Users may only watch the video feed. The
video server only provides one user name for
administrators, i.e. “administrator”; all other
user names will only be given the right to
watch the video feed.
