Measurement Algorithms 

 

The intersection of the four voltage points p1, p2, q1, and q2 gives the Cross-
Over point for Voltage level (y) and time (x). x and y coordinates are obtained by 
solving the following two equations: 

 

 

 Where: p1, p2, q1, and q2 are the consecutive data points of a single-ended 
signal.  

x and y are the Cross-Over coordinates x and y that is given by the intersection of 
p1, p2, q1, and q2. 

t1 and t2 are the time values for the data points p1 and p2.
