CALIBRATION
15. VER TICAL MA/DIV
a.
Setup
Adjust VARIABLE +dc for exactly 100v on 570
meter.
Set INDICATION to HTR and VERTICAL MA/DIV to
SO. Position the spot to the bottom graticule line.
Plug the special 570 MA/DIV switch checker into
the DC+ and K jacks on the test panel.
b.
VERTICAL MA/DIV error: ±3%, max
Check VERTICAL MA/DIV accuracy as follows:

tween .5 and . 1 while adjusting Volts/Diy Bal (SCOp

bottom) for no horiz shifting of the spot.
Rotate HORIZONTAL VOL TS/DIV thru its range and
note appro x 1 minor div, max shift.
