User Instructions
Pleasecarefullyreadthismanualbeforeinstallation and use of this product.
•
Do notinstall or remove the wired controller by yourself. Ifnecessary, please contact the after- sales
serviceman.
•
Do notinstall the wired controller in the humid area or under directsunlight.
•
Do not beat, toss, or frequentlyassemble/disassemble the wired controller.
•
Do not operate the wired controller with wet hands.
•
Thiswired controller isapplicable to variouskinds of air conditioners, while some
specificfunctionsunavailable to the ducttype air conditionerswillnot be covered in thismanual.
Installation and Disassembly
Installation Place and Installation Requirements
•
Do notinstall the wired controller in the humid area or under directsunlight.
•
Do notinstall the wired controller close to the high-temperature object or place whereis easy to
splash on the wired controller.
•
Do notinstall the wired controller directly opposite to the window so as to
avoidimproperoperationcaused by the interference of the neighbor’ssame model wired controller.
•
Pleasecut off the power supply of wires embedded in the wall. No operationisallowed with
electricity.
•
To avoidabnormaloperationcaused by electromagneticinterference or othercauses, please take
notice of the following statementsduringwiring.
1.
Be sure the communication line iswiredinto the correct port, otherwiseitwould lead to
communication fault.
2.
The communication line (wired controller) and power line must be separated with the
minimaldistance of 20cm, otherwiseitwould lead to communication fault.
3.
If the air conditionerisinstalledwhereis easy to sufferelectromagneticinterference, the
communication line of the wired controller must be shieldedtwistedpair.
Installation of the Signal Wire
1.
Open the indoor unitelectric box cover.
2.
Make the signal line go through the rubber band
3.
Insert the signalwire port in the 4-seat needlewhich on the indoor unitcircuit board.
4.
Tightly fix the signalwire with wireties.

The communicationdistancebetweenmain board and wired controller can reach 20m. (The
recommendedlengthis 8m)
