Operating Instructions

NOTE:

The reference resistor is either 100 Ω or 200 Ω. Additionally, in some modes, the

reference resistance voltage is multiplied by a variable to produce a variable resistance

feature. At resistance other the 100 Ω or 200 Ω, the multiplication adds some uncertainty.

used to monitor a constant current source that heats the RF compensation sense

thermistors in the sensor. The compensation resistor can be set to 100 Ω or 200 Ω.

Read Avgs (Read/Write)

Read Avgs menu. This control is defaulted to 1 average,

which is equal to 8 ADC averages. For each displayed measurement the ADC is averaged

8 times. Control is available in firmware version 1.1.28a and greater.

contrast.

System Temperature (Read Only)

Auto Scale Reading (Read/Write)

Auto Scale Reading menu. This control is defaulted to False,

all power reading will be displayed in mW. Setting this control to true will show power

reading in scaled notation from nW to kW. Control is available in firmware version 1.1.28a
and greater.

Cal Factor Limit (Read/Write)

Cal Factor Limit menu. This control limits the maximum cal

factor. By default set top 2.0 can be increased beyond 2.0 in firmware version 1.1.28a
and greater.
