Section 3 – Emergency procedures

ENGINE SECURING

NGINE SECURING

Following procedure is applicable to shut-down one engine in flight:

Throttle Lever

IDLE

Ignition

BOTH OFF

Propeller Lever

FEATHER

Fuel Selector

OFF

Electrical fuel pump

OFF

LH and RH AUX FIELD switch

BOTH OFF

If necessary, this procedure is applicable to both engines. When both
engines are secured, both CROSS BUS switches must be set to OFF.

After securing engine(s), after analysing situation, refer immediately to following

procedures:
