GUARANTEE

tecna srl 

guarantees its products for 12  months starting from the delivery date in terms of 

production and material defects.

The delivery date is the one on the Transport Bill (DDT) issued by 

tecna srl

 when delivering 

the goods to the customer or the carrier for delivery.

The parts damaged by transport, the tester subject to a wrong or bad installation and/or 
maintenance as well as to improper uses, negligence or use incapacity, or again to 
tampering by unauthorised persons and anyway to causes not depending on 

tecna srl

 are 

not covered by the guarantee.

The guarantee is valid only towards the original buyer.

During guarantee period, each maintenance, repair or replacement of parts can only take 
place at 

tecna srl

 seat.

The tester transport is up to the Customer, with the enclosed technical service request (see 
next page).

The producer refuses any responsibility for any direct or indirect damage due to the use of 

the supplied products different from the proper use described in this manual and/or to their 

failed or wrong operation.

The only competent court for any controversy arising from the execution or interpretation of 
this guarantee is the one of Modena. The applicable law is the Italian one.

This product is conforms to European Directive 2002/96/EC - 2003/108-CE.
This appliance bears the symbol of the barred waste bin. This indicates that, at
the end of its useful life, it must not be disposed of as domestic waste, but must
be taken to a collection centre for waste electrical and electronic equipment,
or returned to a retailer on purchase of a replacement.
It is the user's responsibility to dispose of this appliance through the appropriate
channels at the end of its useful life.
Proper differential collection, and the subsequent recycling, processing and
