PLC signal sequence
START (2)
A new "START" command is only accepted if the previous one has been lowered.
The test in progress can be cancelled with "FAILED" result by activating again the "START"
command for at least 1 second.
Connection to an external START command
Connect a free contact (manual or foot switch) to output [1] and to input [9], connect
output [5], 0 V common for the auxiliary power supplies,
to input [4], -COM I/O.
Connection to outer lights (LEDs)
Connect output [2], +24V auxiliary power supply, to input [3],+COM I/O.
Connect the anode of the outer LEDs to the output signals [10],[11],[12],
that are respectively the green LED (Passed), the red LED (Failed) and the yellow LED (Test in
progress).
Connect the common cathode of the three outer LEDs to the output [5], 0 V common for
the auxiliary power supplies.
