The maintenance operations of your Technomark equipment are

limited

The active part requiring the most care is the stylus assembly. It is absolutely necessary to lubricate
the stylus to avoid that it gets stuck inside its guide.

In case of accumulation of dust, metal parts…the stylus position can show some

hard points

affecting

the

marking quality

The lubrication frequency is variable, depending on the conditions of use of your machine.

Environment, number of marking, matrix, hitting force are all parameters affecting the maintenance
frequency.

As an indicator, we recommend (for a 5 x7 matrix):



Very intensive use (+ de 10 000 characters/day) : daily
