ISASSEMBLING THE SHOCK ABSORBER
Carry out the procedure described in paragraph: 7.22.3. “Disassembling the running deck”.

Back off the 2 screws
(m)
using a 3mm
wrench, locking down the lower nut, that
fixing the shock absorber to the frame, using
a 7mm wrench.
To reassemble the various components, carry out
the above steps in reverse order.
CAUTION: At the end of the procedure,
check the tension and alignment of the
tread belt as detailed at paragraphs: 8.1.
“Tensioning the tread belt” and 8.2.
“Centring the tread belt”.
CAUTION: During the reassembly lock
down the screws (m) using a torque
wrench settings on 2,5Nm

hexagonal wrench, docking down the nut

on the opposite side.
During the reassembling follows the
sequence indicated:

Screw (n),
•
Bush (o),
•
Plate (p),
•
Locking nut (q).
To reassemble the various components, carry out
the above steps in reverse order.
