9.4.3 Transponder scan
You can scan a specific transponder (see Point 11 Technical
terms) for programmes. To do this, it is necessary for you to
enter the transponder data
(Fig. 9-18)

Satellite
In this line you must enter the satellite on which the desired
transponder is located.

satellites, selected in accordance with Points 6.4 and

desired satellite.

Transponder frequency

In this line, use the

ired frequency.
Symbol rate
The symbol rate indicates the volume of data transmitted per
second. This figure could be shown as, for example, 27500
(27500 symbols per second).

Polarisation
