8.5 Setting the temperature
You can only change the temperature setting for the following programs:
• Manual
• Pressure Cook
• Slow Cook
• Sauté
• Yogurt
• Warm
NOTE:
For all other modes, the default preset temperature is set to achieve optimal
cooking results.

• When you are in a mode that allows the temperature to be changed, such as manual
mode, and the temperature is displayed, press and hold the

8.7 Progress indicator
• During cooking the progress indicator advises which stage of the process the cooker
is currently in.
