Remove the king pin as follows:
● Remove the king pin (1).
● Remove the knuckle (2), thrust bearing (3),
needle bearings (4), shims (5), spacer (6),
“O”-rings (7), and oil seals (8) from between
the bosses of the steering axle (1).
Note:
Do not reuse the “O”-rings and oil seals
that have been removed. Use new ones for
reassembly.

Remove the lock plate (2) on the center arm
pin (1).

Remove the center arm pin (1) and remove
the center arm (2).
