Environmental Friendliness
The modules are manufactured from environmentally friendly
material. Therefore, special disposal is not required.
Non-Conformity Report
In order to be able to exchange or repair the device, we
kindly ask you to fill the accompanied “Non-conformity
report” and send it to our regional representative or
directly to us.
Please note:
Your request can only be fulfilled if the accompanying report
is properly filled out and includes the name and address as
well as a copy of the invoice.
For queries please contact your Tavrida Electric partner.
Liability
Damages and demands for reimbursement of expenses incurred by the customer (in the following: compensation)
for whatever legal reasons, especially due to non-compliance of obligations of the contractual obligations and for
unauthorized actions, are excluded. This does not apply, insofar as there is a compulsory liability such as according
to the product liability law in cases of malice, gross negligence, because of damage to life, the body or health,
because of damage to important contractual obligations.
Compensation for damage to important contractual obligations, however, is limited to the damage which can be
predicted as typical of the contract insofar as there is no malice or gross negligence, because of damage to life, the
body or health. A change of the obligation to provide proof to the disadvantage of the customer is not connected
with these regulations.
