FUEL SYSTEM

VERVIEW
The fuel system is a complete circuit. Fuel flow is sent by the high pressure pump through the fuel filter and
out of the fuel cell bladder. Fuel pressure is regulated by the pressure regulator, and the return line goes back
to the fuel pump collector in the tank.
Fuel cell contains a maximum of approximately
48 liters
Before installing the bladder, make sure that the chassis compartment is free of sharp edges and clean.
It is recommended to protect the outer surfaces of the fuel bladder from scratching over carbon fibers,
customers are invited to protect the carbon surfaces that are in contact with the bladder with PVC tape (i.e.
Permacel) or Neoprene foam Sheet.
