Configure and Edit a new thermal profile
Appear an initial profile that is a default profile or a profile for previous measure-
ment in PCR Program Editor. If you want to display a default profile but not a
profile for previous measurement, you would click hat icon (worn Wizard) under the
screen and open the default profile.
Change a block temperature to click a temperature column.
Change a reaction time to click a time column
Change a number of cycles to a cycle column within Cycling.
Preheat
a top heater before commencing the run when click a ‘Preheat’ button on
the upper right corner. Press OK to turn top heater ON or cancel to turn top heater
OFF of the next system message. Change ‘Preheat’ button to ‘Heating’ one.
