Call Forward

Forward Busy
. The attendant may program stations and boss groups so that incoming calls ring at another
destination when the originally called station or group is busy.
[NoAns]

[NoAn-E]
Forward No Answer
. The attendant may program stations and boss groups so that incoming calls ring at
another destination when the originally called station or group does not answer within a system-defined
number of rings.
[Time]
or
[Time-E]
Forward Timed
. The attendant may program stations, boss groups and ACD/UCD Groups so that incoming
calls ring at another destination during specified system-defined time periods.
