This branch includes the following parameters of the UGW card:

IP_KEYSET [41]

IP_KEYSET_VOICE_PAGE [44]

UGWC.............................................................................(Route: IP, 0, 1,1)

This branch includes the following parameters of the UGW card:

LOCAL_IP_ADDRESS

 (Signaling)

GLOBAL_IP_ADDRESS

 (Signaling)

................................................................................................................

Defining the MAC Address

Define the MAC address for each FlexSet-IP 280S. An IP keyset that does not have a

registered MAC number is inoperable.

The MAC address of the phone must be entered in the PI before initializing
the phone and connecting it to the LAN.

There are two ways to register the MAC address to the Coral database:

When registering just a few FlexSet-IP 280S phones, define the MAC parameter in the

IP keysets menu for each one (see

MAC [0], page 51

).

When registering a larger number of FlexSet-IP 280S keysets, you may instruct the

system to automatically register the MAC addresses for the phones upon initiliazation

(see

IP_KEYSET_AUTOMATIC_REGISTRATION, page 52

).

IP-Ports: Keysets ............................................................(Route: IP,1,0)

MAC [0]

Enter the unique MAC address for this IP keyset to register the phone in the Coral.

The MAC number can be found on the bottom of the phone, on outside of the

FlexSet-IP 280S packing box, or viewed on the phone display as described below

To display the MAC address on the phone:

Use the

 and

navigation keys to scroll through menu options.
