Attachment B to End-User License Agreement
TRIOS Optional Software
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY : This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an
entity) and TA Instruments for this TA Instruments' optional software product(s). By installing, copying or
otherwise using this SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Failure to comply with the terms of this license terminates the agreement and your rights to use this soft-
ware.
TA Instruments Software License (For Optional Data Analysis Software)
GRANT OF LICENSE. This TA Instruments End-User Software License Agreement (LICENSE) grants
you the following rights:
1 Optional Data Analysis Software : This LICENSE permits you to use an applicable version of the TA
Instruments optional data analysis software based on purchased TA Instruments' products. Optional data
analysis software is restricted according to the package purchased.
a TRIOS - ARES FT Rheology and Non-Linear Analysis Package : This data analysis option may
be installed on the primary instrument control computer as well as one other computer provided the
software is only used for analysis of data generated by a corresponding purchased TA Instruments'
module (instrument).
b Other TRIOS Options : Other then noted above, other data analysis options are not restricted for
use on only one computer; rather, may be installed on multiple computers provided the software is
only used for analysis of data generated by a corresponding purchased TA Instruments' module
(instrument).
2 Demo or Evaluation Versions : If TA Instruments designates the Software as a "Demo" or "Evaluation"
version, then your license rights under this EULA shall extend solely for the evaluation period. You
acknowledge that any Demo or Evaluation version may not be at the same level of performance or
compatibility as commercially released software. Demo or Evaluation versions are provided strictly on
an "as is" basis.
3 Miscellaneous : You may also store or install a copy of the TA Instruments software on a storage device,
such as a network server, used only to install or run this software on other computers over an internal
network.
