Galvanometer is noisy - Wire
contact
failure 1. Check whether the wire
from the galvanometer to
the controller is properly
connected, galvanometer X
to Axis-1, galvanometer Y to
Axis-2
2. Wires are properly
attached.
After power on, the
limit Pin of the
galvanometer motor
reaches the positive /
negative limit. Paramete

galvanometer is correct

Turn the motor with
your hand to check
whether the motor
rotates smoothly and
reassemble it

or axle sleeve is loose,
and reassemble it
