Set Up
Introduction
This chapter covers the procedures for setting up the Phaser and its accessories.
Unpacking
Remove the scanner from its packing and inspect it for damage. If the scanner was damaged
in transit, call one of the telephone numbers listed in the section
Symbol Support Center
on
page vii. KEEP THE PACKING. It is the approved shipping container and should be used if
you ever need to return your equipment for servicing.
Cables
The following cables are used with the Phaser scanner:

Installing the Cable on the Scanner
Note:
The P 360 does not have a cable interface.
1. Power down all devices that will be connected to the scanner.
