• Press the key to confirm your entry. The LED indicator (2)
will briefly turn green and then flash red (programming mode).
• To exit programming mode, press the key. The LED
indicator (2) will stay constant red. The code lock is now in
standby mode.
d) Setting the switch-on duration for the relay
output or switching to toggle mode
The operating mode of the potential-free relay contact can be
changed. For more information on the possible access modes,
refer to "d) Programming the access mode" in section 10
"Programming".
The relay can switch in the following ways:
• The changeover contact is activated for 2....99 seconds
(default setting = 5 seconds); optimal e.g. for a door opener.
• The changeover contact is activated for 100 ms (pulse mode);
optimal e.g. for controlling an alarm system.
• Toggle mode: The changeover contact switches between
the two switch settings for each valid access attempt. For
example, this is optimal for arming/disarming an alarm
system.
Proceed as follows to adjust the operating mode:
• The code lock must be in standby mode and the LED
indicator must be red.
• Enable programming mode (see section 10 "Programming").
The LED indicator will then flash red.
