TRANSPORTING
It is best to transport the LT-Z90 in the
normal position. It may also be trans-
ported on its back wheels, but this is
not as stable as the normal position.
Before transporting the LT-Z90, drain
the fuel from the carburetor as fol-
lows:
1. Turn the fuel valve lever to the
“RES” position.
2. Drain fuel from the carburetor into
an empty container by loosening
the carburetor drain screw.
3. When the fuel has drained,
retighten the drain screw.
WARNING
Spilled battery acid can be hazard-
ous.
Battery acid is corrosive and
could cause severe burns if you
get it on your skin. It can also
damage ATV parts.
Remove the battery before you
transport your ATV on its back
wheels.
WARNING
Draining fuel from the carburetor
can be hazardous.
Fuel can catch on fire if you do not
handle it correctly.
When draining the carburetor,
always shut the engine off. Do not
smoke, and never drain or refuel
in an area where there are open
flames or sparks. Do not spill the
fuel or you may create a fire haz-
ard. Dispose of drained fuel prop-
erly.
