CAM CHAIN GUIDE AND TENSIONER
Check the cam chain guides and tensioner for wear and damage.
If they are found to be damaged, replace them with new ones.
CYLINDER BLOCK DISTORTION
Check the gasketed surface of the cylinder block for distortion
with a straightedge and thickness gauge, taking a clearance read-
ing at several places as indicated. If the largest reading at any
position of the straightedge exceeds the limit, replace the cylinder
block.
