<ACK in case of UDP>
UDP is a protocol which does not check if the data has been transmitted successfully. So, the device checks
completion of sending with ACK(ST910ACK;111111) depending on UDP_ACK type.
ACK is sent by the server when the data is received.
If the ACK is not sent for more than 2 minutes after sending, the device recognizes that the data has not reached the
server and sends the data again.
