Caution: While not required, it may be a good
idea to place a box under the seat back prior
to tilting the seat.

Tilt the seat back while ensuring that none
of the cables attached to the electronics are
damaged (

Locate and remove the 6 plastic inserts
that secure the shroud to the base (

g. 7.5).
6.
Locate the two batteries mounted in the
base (
fi
g. 7.6). Note the battery connectors.
7.
Disconnect the battery connectors (
fi
g.
7.7).
8.
Remove the batteries.
9.
Replace the batteries by reversing the
previous procedures.
