It is a good idea to use a hoist 

with equal length chains and hooks to 
facilitate an even lift of the bearing plate 
(102). If the bearing plate (102) is not 
lifted evenly it will catch the upper high 
speed journal bearing (151B) on the high 
speed shaft (A130) and possibly damage
