1. First, follow steps for How to brew Espresso bUT using the Cappuccino 

Ingredient and measuring Guide above.

2. While espresso coffee is brewing, fill stainless steel or ceramic frothing 

pitcher with desired amount of cold milk.  Once espresso coffee has 
finished brewing to the desired 2 or 4 cup mark on the Glass Carafe, turn 
the Control Knob to the “OFF” position.

3. Lift the frothing pitcher so the Frothing Aid is immersed in the milk,  

keeping it just off the bottom of the pitcher. (See Pic. 1)

5. move Pitcher in circular motion keeping Frothing Aid just off the bottom 

of the pitcher. This will steam the milk. Then begin to lower pitcher so the 
tip of the Frothing Aid stays just below the milk’s surface. This will create 
the froth.  move the pitcher in a circular motion until desired amount of 
froth is reached. (See Pic. 3)

6. Turn the Control Knob to the “Off” position. 

7. Pour equal parts of espresso coffee and milk.  Hold froth back with a 

spoon while pouring your milk, then spoon the froth into the cup. Enjoy 
your Cappuccino! (See Pic. 4)

 To clean Frothing Aid and release the pressure, hold a pitcher with 

a small amount of water under the Frothing Aid slowly turn the Control 
Knob to the

stops releasing steam, turn the Control Knob to the “OFF” position and 
unplug the power cord.

1. Agissez tel qu’indiqué pour filtrer un expresso 

mAIS

 en utilisant les 

ingrédients et quantités donnés au tableau pour le cappuccino.

2. Durant le filtrage de l’expresso, versez le volume requis de lait froid dans 

un pot à mousser en acier inoxydable ou en faïence. Quand le niveau du 

café expresso atteint le repère 2 tasses ou 4 tasses sur la verseuse en 

verre, réglez le bouton de commande à l’ARRÊT (OFF).

3. Levez le pot à mousser pour immerger la buse du moussoir dans le lait

gardez de préférence le bout de la buse près du fond du pot, mais sans 

qu’il touche le fond du pot. (Voyez l’illustration 1)

4. Tournez lentement le bouton de commande à la position

5. Déplacez le pot avec un mouvement circulaire en gardant la buse 

du moussoir près du fond du pot. Le lait sera ainsi à la pression. 

Commencez alors à abaisser le pot de façon à ce que la buse se trouve 

juste au-dessous de la surface du lait. C’est ainsi que vous créerez la 

mousse. Déplacez le pot avec un mouvement circulaire jusqu’à ce que 

vous ayez la quantité de mousse désirée. (Voyez l’illustration 3)

6. Réglez le bouton de commande à la position d’arrêt (Off).

ersez un volume identique de café expresso et de lait. Empêchez la 

mousse de lait de couler – retenez-la avec une cuiller tandis que vous 

versez le lait; à la cuiller

 Pour nettoyer la buse du moussoir et évacuer la pression résiduelle, 

tenez un pot contenant un peu d’eau sous la buse, tournez lentement
