4.3.8.9 clear counters
Use this command to clear statistics on an interface.
Syntax
clear counters
interface
interface –

port-name
port-name – down link: SNP0-15; up link: NETP0-7; mgt: NETMGT

Command Usage
Statistics are only initialized for a power reset. This command sets the base value
for displayed statistics to zero for the current management session. However, if
you log out and back into the management interface, the statistics displayed will
show the absolute value accumulated since the last power reset.
Example
The following example clears statistics on port SNP5.
4.3.8.10 show interfaces status
Use this command to display the status for an interface.
