environment that includes both internal and external storage.

future?

A. Later this year Sun will implement a new ERP System, which will

improve efficiency throughout our business. Contained in the ordering

section of this announcement are Service parts numbers that will only

be available for quoting between now and when new ERP system goes

live. Please use these parts until further notice.

Q. How do I recognize the existing Sun Spectrum Instant Upgrade (SIU)

part numbers?

A. These part numbers all start with the prefix W9D-.

Q. What other service offerings are impacted by this transition to new

ERP system?
