2. Attach an endoscope to the coupler.
Before each use, check the outer surface of the endoscope to
ensure there are no rough surfaces, sharp edges, or protrusions.
For 1688210105, 1688610122, and 1688710105:

• Depress the endobody clamp

and insert an endoscope into
the endobody

• Release the endobody clamp to secure the endoscope.
For 1688310130:

• Lock the endobody brake

by rotating it clockwise (when
facing the camera head buttons).
• Twist the endobody clamp

as shown, and hold it open.
• Insert the endoscope into the endobody clamp.
• Release the endobody clamp. It will return to the original
position and hold the endoscope.
• If the endoscope is not secured in a fixed position, slightly
rotate the endobody clamp in either direction until the lock
engages with an audible click.
3. Attach a light cable from the light source to the light post on the
endoscope 3 .
