Wing Construction
☐ Assemble main spar from part W1a and two
parts W1b. Bond with thin CA.
☐ Fit ribs R1 to center slots of main spar and
tack glue.
☐ Cut a piece of 1/4 in. square balsa stock to
26-1/4 in. long to create the lower spar cap.
align ends with etch marks on W1 and fit into
slots in R1’s. DO NOT GLUE.
☐ Assemble trailing edge from from part W2a
and two parts W2b. Bond with thin CA.
☐ Fit ribs R1 to center slots in trailing edge W2
and tack glue.
☐ Fit ribs R2 to main spar and trailing edge, tack
gluing in place.
