☐ Install a strip of 3/4 in. Velcro on top of F1, the
full length of the battery compartment.
☐ Install patches of Velcro on the bottom of F1
to provide mounting points for the ESC and
receiver.

Cut slots for hinging the tail surfaces. There
should be a minimum of three on each side of
the horizontal stabilizer and elevator, and
three on the rudder, two on the vertical
stabilizer, and one in the fuselage. Ensure all
slots align with those on the opposite surface.
☐ Cut CA hinge material into pieces about 3/8in.
x 5/8 in. You should be able to get three out
of each CA hinge insert into slots.
☐ Join surfaces together, align, and bond
hinges to surfaces with thin CA. Flex
surfaces back and forth as CA cures to
ensure free movement.

Open holes in covering for the control horns
using a warm pencil tip soldering iron.
