0 Sweep Done set when no sweeps in progress
1 Sweep Enable set when sweep or FSK is enabled
2 User SRQ set when the user issues a front panel SRQ
3 DDS set when an unmasked bit in DDS status byte is set
4 MAV set when GPIB output queue is non-empty
5 ESB set when an unmasked bit in std event status byte is set
