Fault 235: Generator Is in Warning
Indicates the generator will shut off if trends continue.

• Underspeed.
• The generator is running slower
than normal.
• See Fault 236 Underspeed
section.
• Overspeed.
• The generator is running faster
than normal.
• Contact Dealer (See Fault 236:
Generator Over Speed).
• High battery voltage.
• Battery voltage is above 15v.
• Check and test battery.
• Replace battery if needed.
• Low battery voltage.
• Battery voltage is below
normal.
• Charge/Replace battery.
• Over frequency.
• The generator is running faster
than normal.
• Check and adjust engine
throttle and lock nut.
• The frequency should be set to
60hz.
• Under frequency.
• The generator is running slower
than normal.
• Check and adjust engine
throttle and lock nut.
• The frequency should be set to
60hz.
• AC over voltage.
• There is more voltage than
normal.
• Check and adjust the generator
automatic voltage regulator (see
Test 16).
• Voltage between L1 and L2
should be 240 V.
• AC under voltage.
• There is less voltage than
normal.
• Check and adjust the generator
automatic voltage regulator (see
Test 16).
• Voltage between L1 and L2
