Operation during exercise
1. Treadmill will decelerate to stop running after press the “stop”button during exercise.
2. Treadmill will display heartbeat data in about 5 seconds after the athlete holds the handle pulse
with both hands.

stop after the exercise.
4. Usually, the athlete walks slowly for 5 minutes and then fast walk or running, and finally runs
