diagnostic menu provides information about the system and aids trouble 
shooting. 

 

This menu is divided in hardware component groups:

Acquisition  boards:  read  signals  coming  from  detectors,  applying 
polarisation 

-

 

IO boards: viewing oven temperatures, changing plasma power 

-

 

Pressure regulators: viewing regulated flows with corresponding counts and 
PSI values
