Fuel flow reg. problem
: A fault with the fuel pressure regulator. To clear the
error, reboot the system. If the error remains after rebooting, contact Servomex
for support.
Each time an error occurs the status contact relay will close. I
f the “mA failure
mode”
has been set to low or high, the 4-20 mA analogue output will respond
according to this setting.
As the FID requires a fuel gas, the software has built-in functions to reduce the
risk of explosion. If the flame is off for more than 5 minutes and the set point of
the fuel gas is not already at 0 cc/min, the set point for the fuel gas will
automatically be set to 0 cc/min and the fuel gas shut off valve will be closed.
When one of the gases is not flowing in the analyser, it is normal
that the flame goes off. It is also normal that the flame goes off
when there is no sample gas into the analyser.
