Condenser Temperature
The Condenser Temperature setpoint is the temperature at which the vacuum will
energize in auto mode.
Condenser Over Temperature Alarm
The Condenser Over Temperature alarm is referenced from the Condenser
Temperature value. The alarm will be triggered when the following two conditions are
met:

The condenser temperature rises more than 10 °C above the Condenser
Temperature setpoint after obtaining the setpoint at least once.

The condenser is unable to reach the Condenser Temperature setpoint after
30 minutes of starting an automatic cycle.
If the alarm is triggered, the vacuum pump will be disabled and the system will attempt
to restore the condenser temperature. If operating in Auto mode, the vacuum pump
will automatically restart when the condenser temperature recovers. However, if the
alarm is triggered in Manual mode, the vacuum pump must be manually restarted
when the condenser temperature recovers.
Vacuum OK
Vacuum OK is the pressure setpoint at which the Vacuum Exceeded alarm will be
generated. There is a 30-minute delay in the Vacuum Exceeded alarm to allow flasks
to be added to the system without generating this alarm.
Power Save Deadband
The Power Save Deadband is the pressure rise value that is acceptable within the
system before the vacuum pump is re-energized. This value is referenced only if
Vacuum Control is set to Power Save in the User Options screen.
Maintenance Menu
The Maintenance menus are used for system configuration, calibration and factory
setup. Use caution when modifying factory settings.

SERIOUS SYSTEM DAMAGE AND VOID YOUR WARRANTY. ONLY A QUALIFIED SP SCIENTIFIC
TECHNICIAN SHOULD EDIT VALUES IN THE FACTORY OPTIONS AND INTERSTAGE
CONTROLS SCREENS.
To access the Maintenance menu, press and hold the Up/Down (±) buttons
simultaneously while on the Main Menu.

