Installing the SRM stud chuck
Step 1:
Switch off the stud welding device if the gun is connected to the
stud welding device.
Step 2:
Set the stud chuck to the required stud (see chapter
Step 3:
Undo the union nut.
Step 4:
If there is still a stud chuck in the gun,
remove it.
Using pliers as an aid makes removal
easier
.
Step 5:
Remove the tripod with the shielding gas
cap.
Undo the four socket head screws.
Step 6:
Change the gas insert according to the
required stud.

Step 7:
Slide the tripod with the shielding gas
cap onto the gun.
