Short  correction  and  open  correction  should  be  done  before  the  test.  Connect  the  standard 
resistor (10Ω, 100Ω, 1kΩ, 10kΩ, and 100kΩ) to the test fixture. Change the test frequency. 

The  error  between  the  test  result  and  the  standard  value  must  be  in  the  range  of  the  |Z| 

accuracy referring to this chapter.
